Enter the base price and add only charges not already included. Unknown mandatory fees mean the quotes are not comparable.
No automatic price feed.
Quotes must use one currency and be observed within 24 hours. The tool does no currency conversion or live price lookup.
Exports remove URL queries and fragments to avoid retaining personal identifiers. Record important product or booking conditions in your notes without private details.
Use a decimal point for amounts; do not use thousands separators.
How to compare prices including shipping and tax
Use this total price calculator to compare two quotes for the same item, quantity and purchase conditions. Enter the price, shipping, tax and mandatory fees shown by each seller, then subtract any discount that actually applies. The tool adds your inputs; it does not determine tax rates, fetch live prices or convert currencies.
Total = item price + shipping + tax + mandatory fees − eligible discount. Enter tax and discounts as amounts, not percentages. Keep both quotes in the same currency and use the seller’s checkout total to check your entries.
Black Friday total price comparison
To compare a Black Friday deal including shipping and tax, record the exact variant and quantity, the final checkout amount, and the time you checked it. Apply the coupon first and confirm that the selected item qualifies. Compare the same delivery destination and currency; a promotional headline alone does not establish the amount you will pay.
Use the fields above for two current quotes of the same item. Keep a separate note of coupon expiry, delivery timing, return conditions and any membership fee needed to obtain the price. Recheck before buying if the offer changes. This worksheet uses prices you enter; it does not search live Black Friday offers. See the Black Friday 2026 guide to coupons, shipping costs and Cyber Monday for the full seasonal checklist.
Discount calculator or total-price comparison?
Use the stacked discount calculator to calculate percentage reductions and fixed-coupon order for one price. Use this total-price comparison to evaluate two seller quotes with known shipping, tax and fees. Enter an already discounted item price with a discount of zero, or enter the original price and the eligible discount amount; do not subtract the same saving twice.
Why does the tool say my quotes are not comparable?
Both quotes must use the same currency and have been observed in the past 24 hours. Confirm the same item and quantity, the same dates and terms, and all mandatory charges. If any condition is missing, the tool keeps the two totals separate and does not name a lower quote. A recent observation still needs checking at the merchant before you pay.
A lower item price can mean a higher total
Fictional example in USD: quote A is $80 + $12 shipping + $8 tax = $100. Quote B is $88 + $0 shipping + $8.80 tax = $96.80. With no other fees or discounts and the same terms, quote B costs $3.20 less despite the higher item price. These are sample amounts, not offers or tax-rate advice.
Before comparing, check seller, condition, delivery and returns. If a mandatory charge is unknown, keep the result provisional. See our guide to comparing the real purchase total for the full checklist.
