How do stacked discounts work?
For an original price of 100, 20% off leaves 80. Another 10% off takes 8 off that reduced price, leaving 72. You save 28, or 28%, before shipping and extra fees.
100 × (1 − 20 ÷ 100) × (1 − 10 ÷ 100) = 72
Does coupon order change the final price?
Yes for a fixed amount mixed with a percentage: 100 minus 10, then 20% off, is 72. Taking 20% off first and then subtracting 10 gives 70. Select the order the seller actually permits; the alternative result is a comparison, not permission to stack codes.
Which amounts belong in the total?
US checkout tax depends on the destination; a UK price may already include VAT. Enter only extra confirmed charges, and keep every amount in the selected currency. Future cashback and loyalty points are separate from the payment due today.
Can I use this for Black Friday or free shipping?
Yes: enter the actual sale and coupon rates, and set shipping to 0 only when your basket qualifies. Minimum spend, excluded products, membership and stacking restrictions still come from the merchant. The tool does not validate a code or retrieve prices.
